tip. 13 inches per minute. Rapid at 150 inches per minute. No Coolant.
The material is brass. It took 10 minutes. We used a KG-2525 Machine.

Cutting Poly Pro (Plastic) for Orthodics application. We used a
ball endmill. We used a 1:1 Ratio, Servo of 105 Oz/in, 0.25 in dia
endmill, 2.5hp Hitachi router. If you are interested in making project
similar to this we recommend the new KG-1414. This is not a model
currently on the web site but has been design using the KG-3925-G
parts. The Travel is 14"x14".
The
machine is a KT1414 that has a thomson .004 backlash ballscrew added
to it. The ratio was 1:1.
